2018 VENDOR APPLICATION AND FEES

All fees collected are for operating costs of the market.

1. This year we are accepting written applications as the preliminary step to becoming a vendor in the Clatskanie Farmers Market.  Please download and print the Vendor Application:  CFM 2018 Vendor Application.

2. Vendor applications can be submitted year round following instructions on the form. A copy of all required licenses, certifications and/or insurance must be attached to the application.  A $17.00 application fee is due with the application.  Checks are payable to Clatskanie Farmers Market.  Checks and applications can be mailed to CFM, PO Box 1501, Clatskanie, OR 97016 c/o Vendor Coordinator.  We are not accepting Pay Pal this year.  Applicants will be notified within 30 days.  The application fee will be returned if the applicant is not accepted into the market.

3. Once an applicant is approved and before they start selling at the market they must register in  Manage My Market and include all applicable license and insurance numbers.

Here is a little slideshow that shows you how to use this online system: Slideshow

4. Full time vendors write a check for the 18 week farmers market following instructions and fee schedule on the application.  We are not accepting Pay Pal this year. Check is payable to Clatskanie Farmers Market.  Mail check to CFM, PO Box 1501, Clatskanie, OR 97016 c/o Vendor Coordinator.

5. Weekly vendors follow instructions and fee schedule on the application.  We are not accepting Pay Pal this year. Check is payable to Clatskanie Farmers Market.  Mail check to CFM, PO Box 1501, Clatskanie, OR 97016  c/o Vendor Coordinator.

6. Vendors coming four consecutive Saturdays follow the instructions and fee schedule on the application.  We are not accepting Pay Pal this year.  Check is payable to Clatskanie Farmers Market.  Mail check to CFM, PO Box 1501, Clatskanie, OR 97016 c/o Vendor Coordinator.

7. A fee of up to 5% of weekly sales exceeding $100.00 is required using the tiered payment chart given to vendors.  This fee is turned into the market manager at the end of each market day.  Envelopes will be provided.  This fee allows CFM to be a low cost market for new vendors and vendors who do not have big sales while making fees for higher grossing vendors proportionate to other area markets.
