August 9th: Peaches, figs, black berrries and blue berries

Tis the season for beautiful produce from local gardens, fruit trees and berry bushes.  This week there will be peaches, figs, blackberries and blue berries!  We will also have a great variety of vegetables:  tomatoes(!), carrots, beets, sprouts, tomatillos, peas, cabbage, cucumbers, broccoli, green beans and so much more!  Honey will be back for another week and there will be potted plants too.

Join your friends and neighbors at the Market, eat some delicious food — Sonia is using local blueberries, kale, onions and zucchini in her hand made breakfasts, lunches and treats.

Get your supply of lovely soaps and lotions and check out our local artists and crafts people.  They are always coming up with something new.  Get your face painted or your arm “tattooed” with beautiful henna artwork.  Saturday at the park couldn’t be more fun!
